How to crop Flipkart labels to 4×6
- Download the label PDF for your orders from Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Open the Flipkart label cropper.
- Drop in the PDF. Add more files if you have several batches.
- Click Crop labels now. The shipping label is cut out of every page and placed on its own 4×6 page.
- Download the PDF and send it to your thermal printer.
Keep Merge all files on to get one print queue, and Add pick-list on to get an SKU summary for packing.
Printer settings for Flipkart labels
- Paper size 4×6 in (100 × 150 mm), portrait.
- Scale 100% or Actual size. Turn off “Fit to page” and “Shrink oversized pages”.

Keep the QR code scannable
- Never screenshot a label — the cropper cuts it from the original PDF, which keeps the QR code sharp.

The cropper outputs only the shipping label. If the invoice has to go inside the parcel, print it from the original PDF on A4.
