Clean print head
Dust and wax coat print heads over time. Power off your machine, apply isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to a lint-free swab, and wipe the thermal print line gently.
Remove glue residues
Sticky residue causes paper jams. Wipe down rollers using dry microfiber towels after intensive thermal printing sessions.
Media calibration
Run standard auto-calibration on your printer when switching between gap labels and continuous black-mark sheets.
