How to Train New Dispatch Staff in One Shift
Automated standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Eliminate manuals. Let the LabelCropper interface serve as your packer checklist. It keeps workflows consistent across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
Label print workflows
Packers should crop labels, export, stack them sequentially, and check SKU quantities printed at the bottom margins to pack items cleanly.
Fast-track picker onboarding
Use the same three-step routine for every new packer: choose the marketplace, load the original PDF, then process and print at actual size.
