Meesho Monthly Profit & Loss: Calculate Seller Hisab from Your Payment Sheet
Nov 2026 · 5 min read
What do you need to calculate Meesho monthly P&L?
Start with the original payment report exported from your Meesho Supplier Panel and the purchase cost of each Supplier SKU. A sales total alone cannot tell you what you earned after settlement deductions and inventory costs. Keep a copy of the source workbook so you can check each result.
The current LabelCropper Hisab calculator recognises supported payment exports containing fields such as Sub Order No, Supplier SKU and Final Settlement Amount. It also reads available payment dates, quantities, order status, shipping charges and claims. Report layouts can change; verify the detected columns and totals before relying on an analysis.
Choose a payment month or an order month consistently
Decide which question you want to answer: money settled during a month, or profitability of orders placed during a month. These periods can differ. An older order may settle now, and a return adjustment may appear later. A payment-period report should not automatically be described as a complete order-month P&L.
How to calculate Meesho payment sheet profit and loss
- Export your original payment sheet for the period you want to review. Keep its column names and all relevant adjustment rows.
- Open Hisab and select Meesho, or use Auto Detect. Choose the supported Excel or CSV payment file.
- Enter the unit purchase cost of every SKU in the purchase-price register. Check for missing or incorrectly matched SKUs.
- Review the summary, order-wise results and SKU margins. Inspect customer returns and RTO separately from delivered orders.
- Compare the settlement total with the original sheet and bank records for the same period. Account separately for expenses not represented in the report or cost inputs.
A simple settlement-profit example
Suppose an attributable net settlement is ₹600 and the corresponding product purchase cost is ₹350. The difference is ₹250 before other costs outside those figures. If you also incurred ₹20 packaging and ₹30 advertising that are not already included, the remaining contribution is ₹200. This example is illustrative; it is not a Meesho fee schedule or a promise of complete business net profit.
When using a net settlement amount, do not deduct shipping or another charge again if it has already reduced that amount. Check what the source report includes first.
Check returns, RTO and missing costs before accepting net profit
A returned order can contain both an earlier credit and a later reversal. Keep the related transactions together. Review reverse-shipping deductions and any claims in the original report. Do not assume that every returned product comes back undamaged: a damaged or missing item can create a loss outside the default inventory treatment.
Missing SKU costs can overstate margins. Expenses such as rent, salaries, packaging or advertising may also sit outside the payment sheet. Check which are included before treating the displayed result as your final monthly business P&L.
